o If you reside anywhere in the state of CA, all you need is internet access and a smart device, tablet, or laptop to receive direct services.
o If you would like your child to have a developmental screening as well, we can also add that in for an additional fee to give you piece of mind about your child’s overall development.
Healthcare, even with insurance these days, can be costly and time-consuming. Private pay rates can easily exceed over $100/hour, insurance copays can exceed over $50 per visit, deductibles can be in the thousands--all which make it a financial hardship for many people. It’s of utmost importance that we provide an affordable rate to help you access your care without delay. We strive to make the process as affordable and efficient as possible so you can just focus on getting what you need when you need it and without having to break your bank.
Fees
If you would like an in person session, we'd be happy to accommodate if local to the Los Angeles/San Bernardino area with a travel fee. Please inquire if you would like to discuss this option!
In person visits
Telehealth follow up treatment/consultation sessions:
Telehealth initial evaluation/consultation:
$40 includes 25 min session via synchronous video, asynchronous video/photo review
o Torticollis only: $60 includes intake interview/observations via synchronous video, asynchronous video/photo review, written report
o Torticollis + developmental screening: $80
We will provide general recommendations for DME applicable to your care at no extra cost, but sometimes navigating the ins and outs of pursuing obtaining one can be challenging. If for any reason you need more assistance, we are happy to help at a rate of $60/hour (or fraction thereof in 15 minute increments).

Forms completion/ consult with other professionals
At times there are forms that are requested to be filled out by medical professionals, or a professional would like to personally speak with another professional to provide more comprehensive care. We are happy to do so at a rate of $60/hour (or fraction thereof in 15 minute increments).
